B. A. Cibulskas is a writer of outstanding world fiction, frequently woven through with aspects of spine-chilling 'otherness' and magical realism.
Diverse and multi-genre, her work has mass current appeal, to include aspects of history, foreigness, migration, belonging, friendship and surviving in an ever-changing world. She is unafraid to undertake exploration of current universal dilemmas including mental health and leaves no stone unturned in pursuit of the truth.
B. A. Cibulskas was born in England to refugee and economic migrants. She studied at the University of Bristol where she was awarded a doctorate in Narrative and Life Story Research. Her working life is split between writing and as a clinical psychotherapist in the mental health sector.
